24 Hours of Mobile Development

Imperial College London, September 25 - 26, 2009

 

Over the Air is a grassroots mobile developer event, organised by Betavine, Lonely Planet, and OMTP.

You could call it a bit of a Hackday for mobile, but the focus is squarely on mobile and wireless platforms. We'll have experts speaking on panels and delivering hands-on masterclasses across a range of mobile platforms, technologies, services, APIs and SDKs as well as topics user experience, design and business models.

There will also be a competition at the end of the event for the best categories of applications created during the event.

Audience

350+ Mobile developers, designers, user experience specialists, technical managers, product managers, enthusiasts and entrepreneurs.

Structure

Technical presentations, tutorials, workshops, break-out rooms, beanbags, a big party and an overight sleep-over
